Shirley Barker, managing director of Barkers Hospitality, has a wealth of experience in the catering industry. Her interest in food and international cuisine began when she was living in the Middle East and led to her training, qualifying and gaining experience as a chef. Shirley was appointed head chef in a west country restaurant and then moved on to a management position in the sports hospitality and international travel industry, touring the world in a role which allowed her to combine her love of
                     sport with her passion for great food.

The creation of Barkers Hospitality Catering sees Shirley back in the role she loves ie producing top quality food and you need look no further if you are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable partner to assist with the planning and preparation of your function, however large or small.
